ABOUT US
Christian Simdon

Chris Simdon is a founding partner of Bison Energy Group and has served as its President and CFO since inception. Prior to starting Bison Chris spent 17 years in healthcare finance and operations with EmCare, Inc, Medical Edge Healthcare Group, PA, Texas Health Resources, and other startup organizations. Much of his time in healthcare was spent in mergers and acquisitions and new business start-up.
Chris graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in finance. Originally from Fort Worth, TX, Chris now lives in Frisco, TX with his wife Kelli (also, a Texas Tech University graduate with a degree in Interior Design) and his two children, Jenner and Lola.

Matt Angle
​
Matt Angle is a founding partner in Bison Energy Group, LLC, and has served as Managing Partner since it’s inception in 2019. Prior to starting Bison, Matt spent 19 years in the oil and gas industry, having managed projects for numerous operators in various basins, including XTO, EOG, Double Eagle, Comstock, among others.
Matt graduated from Texas Tech Univerity in 2003, and currently resides in his hometown of Fort Worth, Texas.
